Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Operations, you will provide crucial information on HR processes from hire to termination. You’ll audit employment documentation, assist with pension management, and serve as the main contact for HR-related queries. Your strong understanding of HR functions enables you to support multiple departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers and employees on HR matters across departments
• Process employment changes in the HRIS system
• Coordinate benefit and pension enrollments and changes




• Maintain accurate employee leave records and monitor balances
• Ensure confidentiality of employee records through audits
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Two years’ HR experience, preferably in a unionized environment
• Strong understanding of HR functions and relevant laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
