As a key member of Sidekick, you will support our vision of creating a beautiful gathering place for people from all walks of life. The Line & Prep Cook at Sidekick Brewing will be working in partnership with Kitchen leadership to ensure food prep and execution is up to Sidekick's standards.

Position Overview:

As a Line & Prep Cook, you are an essential part of the engine room of the kitchen, from ensuring pars and ingredients are ready for the day's service, to working a station during a busy service.



You will work alongside outstanding people in a supportive and inclusive environment preparing orders to a consistently high standard.

The Line & Prep Cook role is suited to applicants with previous kitchen experience. This is a casual position with a variable schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and is offered as a part- or full-time role. Those seeking to advance their culinary career will be offered opportunities to develop their skills and take on new challenges regularly.

Min 1 year experience and valid Foodsafe certification required.
