This position reports to the Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Support Services Manager, focusing on maintaining optimal cleanliness standards for residents, team members, and visitors. Your efforts will enhance the living experience and uphold Optima Living's mission of person-centered care. Daily tasks involve various cleaning responsibilities, including common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, ensuring everything remains tidy and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping




• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas regularly
• Ensure linens are changed and beds made
• Handle cleaning supplies safely and professionally
• Respond to cleaning emergencies and special requests
Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
