In this casual position, you'll engage with a diverse client population, focusing on geriatric residents within the SL4/Restorative unit. Utilize your skills in assessment and care planning according to Alberta Health Services' policies. Proactive communication and excellent organizational abilities are essential as you develop and implement client care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on patient care delivery with the health care team
• Conduct assessments and implement care plans for clients
• Evaluate care plans and adjust based on patient needs




• Maintain high standards of patient and family-centered care
• Support ongoing professional development and skill maintenance
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited practical nurse program
• Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for various shifts, including weekends
