Eagle Ridge Manor is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents with mental health, dementia, and long-term care needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to assess care needs
• Provide direct nursing care including wound and dementia care




• Document observations, assessments, and interventions
• Communicate changes in resident health to team members
• Advocate for residents' rights and dignity
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Current RN/RPN registration with BCCNM
• One year gerontological nursing experience
• Level 1 First Aid certificate
• Ability to work independently and in a team
