This role requires a result-driven individual with supervisory experience in building maintenance. Focus on managing maintenance staff, workflows, and projects across various lodge facilities and infrastructure in the Alberta Oilsands. You'll also develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all maintenance and repair projects across lodge facilities
• Coordinate activities of Trades Personnel and Sub-Contractors
• Monitor labor requirements and plan workforce capacity




• Manage site inventory through a CMMS system
• Conduct safety and quality inspections for compliance
Requirements:
• Certified journeyman in building maintenance or related experience
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and JDE Enterprise Software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
