You will be key in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and assisting residents’ inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and clarify residents' needs promptly
• Manage access for authorized vendors and services
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients




• Observe and ensure safety on premises
• Document daily occurrences and incidents accurately
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of college courses in Business or Security beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Experience in property management is a plus
