Key Responsibilities:
• Coach union staff on safety and compliance standards
• Oversee locomotive and railcar maintenance and inspections
• Analyze repair data to improve fleet reliability
• Respond to troubleshooting requests and oversee repairs
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in a mechanical shop
• 4 years supervisory experience in a union workplace
• 3 years rail industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License needed
