Store Preparation & Opening:

- Set up displays and signage before opening.
- Prepare the cash register for the day.
- Ensure the store opens on time.
- Support lease lining activities by engaging nearby businesses and foot traffic to promote store offerings and drive awareness.

Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to advise and assist customers.
- Educate customers on Freedom Mobile policies, including returns and buyer’s remorse.
- Answer all customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in comparing product features and recommending solutions based on their needs.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by closing the sale and ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Accurately process transactions, ensuring correct handling of payments and providing receipts.
- Make every effort to close sales professionally and meet established sales targets.
- Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and drive in-store traffic.
- Actively promote products, plans, and promotions through lease lining, cold calling,



and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records during shift changes and at the end of the day.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and new offerings.
- Know product locations and maintain a well-organized store layout.
- Participate in restocking, ordering, and inventory management.

Store Maintenance:

- Maintain the appearance of displays by keeping them tidy and well-stocked.
- Ensure the store is always clean and presentable, including restrooms.
- Secure merchandise and follow proper closing procedures.

Marketing, Events & Community Engagement:

- Represent the brand at in-store, outdoor, and community events as required.
- Assist with event setup, customer engagement, and lead generation during promotions and activations.
- Capture customer information accurately during events and follow up as required.
- Support local marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales.

Company Policies & Compliance:

- Adhere to all company guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training courses as needed.
- Support the implementation of company initiatives and strategies to enhance efficiency and

Other Duties:

- Achieve established sales targets and goals.
- Assist in ensuring that the store runs efficiently and economically.
- Ensure proper closing of registers and end-of-day procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items as required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events.
