Your expertise in Audit will inform the design of a national Facilitator Excellence program, focusing on consistent quality and impactful learning experiences. Engage with Audit leadership and diverse teams to meet curriculum priorities and enhance facilitator performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Audit facilitator strategy and succession planning
• Establish national standards for facilitator qualifications




• Assess technical knowledge and provide coaching
• Influence stakeholders to secure qualified facilitators
• Design and improve the national Facilitator Excellence program
Requirements:
• Recent progressive Audit experience
• Experience leading complex programs in a matrix organization
• Success in influencing senior leaders
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and AI tools
• CPA designation or equivalent qualification
