Medcan Health Management Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver responsive 1st/2nd line support for Windows and Mac devices, printers, and POS systems. You’ll manage onboarding/offboarding, record incidents in ServiceNow, and assist with AV/conferencing tools for executives and staff.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in office work at 150 York St., Toronto, plus remote work options. A post-secondary IT background and 2–3 years of IT support experience are preferred.
