IBM is expanding its SuccessFactors and HR Talent Technologies practice and seeks an Integration Expert to design, implement, and integrate comprehensive HR landscapes across SAP SuccessFactors HXM, S/4HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software. The role supports national and global clients, with a strong emphasis on hybrid delivery and work from home.

You will plan requirements, run workshops, advise on best practices, manage interface development, and coordinate offshore configuration teams.
