About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Project Manager - Business Process Improvement to enhance operational efficiency across their organization in Kimberley . This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will lead cross-functional teams through process re-engineering initiatives, utilizing lean and Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving operational excellence through structured project management. Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of key business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop project plans for process improvement initiatives, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus on process changes. Implement and monitor new processes, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable results. Utilize lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions.



Train and mentor team members on process improvement techniques and best practices. Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on business process improvement (BPI) or operational excellence. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills. Experience with process mapping tools and project management software. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus. Benefits
