As a full-time Business Development Director, you will report to the VP, Commercial and lead the prospecting, closing, and onboarding of new business opportunities. Your key role involves navigating corporate needs in mental health and addiction treatment, ensuring successful transitions for referrals into EHN’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify funding mechanisms and key organizations for business growth
• Lead outreach for Large & Mid-Market Corporate portfolios
• Manage inbound B2B marketing leads and opportunities




• Provide advisory and process enhancement for strategies
• Participate in your own Professional Development Plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of business development experience
• Strong knowledge of mental health and addictions
• Proven sales and partnership success
