We are seeking a

Senior UX Designer

with strong experience in user experience design, user research, interface design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and designing web and mobile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA specialists, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Must Have

Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance.

Experience as a UX Designer, Interactive Designer, UI Designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications.

Ability to define and lead UX projects, design workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders and business users.

Experience with Figma, Canva, and similar design tools.

Demonstrated effectiveness in working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders, to achieve common project goals.

Nice Have

Prior OPS/Public Sector experience.

Experience with Ontario Service Design.

Experience with UI/UX, including:

Wireframing

Surveys

Questionnaires

Description Responsibilities

Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.

Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience and iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Design user interfaces for various projects such as:

Digital displays

Publications

Media

Other creative materials as required

Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.

Conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate them into:

Sitemaps

User flows

Customer journey maps

Wireframes

Mock-ups

Prototypes





General Skills
