Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, sanitize, and set tables efficiently
• Remove garbage from all service areas
• Wash and return glassware to the bar
• Spot clean and sweep dining areas regularly
• Maintain stock items in various service areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience
• SIR, Smart Serve, or IGB Certificate required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
