Pilot Company is seeking a motivated Janitorial Maintenance worker dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. In this role, you'll ensure facilities are welcoming for travelers by keeping showers, restrooms, and public spaces pristine. Additional responsibilities include general maintenance tasks and collaborating effectively with team members to create an enjoyable atmosphere for diverse guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store
• Clean showers and restroom facilities




• Wash and manage towels for guest use
• Perform general repairs and store maintenance
• Collect and dispose of trash around the center
Requirements:
• Self-motivated and capable of teamwork
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active
• Versatile schedule including nights and weekends
• Previous experience in janitorial roles preferred
• Knowledge of industrial equipment is a plus
