STAGING ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

25/hour | 20–30 hours per week

Location: Central Toronto / Midtown (primarily in office and in the field)
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed)

About the Prospect

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on individual to join our real estate team and help bring listings to life. This role combines property coordination, staging support, and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure every listing is market-ready and presented at its very best.

If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk all day, we'd love to hear from you.

A reliable vehicle is required, as you'll regularly travel between properties throughout Toronto.

What You'll Do
Coordinate the preparation of homes before they hit the market
Assist with home staging, furniture placement, and décor setup
Schedule and coordinate staging appointments, movers, cleaners, photographers, and other vendors
Install and remove lockboxes, signs, and other listing materials




Deliver marketing packages, feature sheets, and occasional client gifts
Complete property visits to ensure homes are ready for showings and listing launches
Assist with miscellaneous errands and operational tasks that support the sales team

We're Looking For Someone Who
Is available to work approximately 20–30 hours per week
Has a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Enjoys both administrative work and hands-on field responsibilities
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Has previous home staging, interior decorating, or real estate experience (preferred but not required)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
