Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for clients by delivering attentive, respectful, and qualified assistance. As a Private Caregiver, you will be a trusted partner in daily activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being through attentive caregiving and compassionate service.

Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication reminders, health monitoring, and basic nursing tasks as needed
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
Support clients with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all care provided
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation

Requirements




Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly preferred
Robust background in senior care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of patient care procedures, medication administration, and basic nursing skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of caregiving tasks
Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic demeanor
Valid certifications in caregiving or relevant health fields are a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
