Join Age Care as a Health Care Aide, delivering compassionate care to residents at South Terrace. Your role will include essential tasks like personal hygiene, meal assistance, and mobility support.

As a Health Care Aide, you'll work with a dedicated care team under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, focusing on individual resident needs. This role requires applying your skills to provide various basic services, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each resident.

You'll make meaningful contributions through direct support and engagement with residents during daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, feeding, and personal care
Provide scheduled treatments following care plans
Help residents transfer using mechanical aids
Accompany residents to dining, therapy, and activities
Support residents in mobility throughout the facility

Requirements:
One year experience in continuing care setting preferred
Completion of a PCA/HCA Certificate Course
Active registration with CLHA
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Post-secondary education an asset
