Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment processes and conduct interviews
Maintain recruitment database and track statistics
Administer HR policies and compliance programs
Assist with workplace investigations and employee relations
Maintain employee files and documentation

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of HR experience focused on employee relations
Solid knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
Experience with HRIS and ATS with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and excellent communication skills
