Duties
Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical questions to enhance their understanding and confidence in our offerings
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos to showcase features and advantages, encouraging upselling opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and restock items as needed to ensure product availability
Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products, store hours, or services while maintaining excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage merchandising and stock levels efficiently
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail merchandising practices
Multilingual skills are considered an asset to better serve a diverse clientele
