We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join a leading luxury retailer. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced, high-end retail workplace and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
Process cash, credit, debit, returns, exchanges, and special orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide a warm, skilled welcome to customers and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the system.
Support the sales team with various administrative and customer service needs.
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare daily cash and credit transaction reports.
Maintain an organized, clean, and qualified cash desk and surrounding area.
Assist with other store operations as required.

Qualifications




2+ years of experience in customer service and/or retail, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a polished and professional presence.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and customer information.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining a high level of service.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
