Treasure Cove Casino & Bingo is looking for a Guest Services Representative to join our team!
As part of our Guest Services team, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for our guests while assisting with a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Cash handling
Answering telephones
Processing lottery payouts
Making change
Following Treasure Cove Casino and regulatory policies and procedures
Preferred skills:
Robust customer service skills
Basic math skills
Comfortable using computers and technology
Lotto experience is an asset
A part time position. No experience necessary, training will be provided.
Applicants must be 19+ and willing to undergo and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Part time
Pay: From $21.25 per hour
