Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food handling standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and support overall restaurant goals.

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is essential for order processing.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage diverse guests.
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and managing transactions accurately.
Experience in hospitality environments that require multitasking, quick thinking, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
