We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Aide to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need of support in their daily lives. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
Support clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety
Observe and report any changes in health status or behavior promptly to healthcare professionals or family members
Experience
10+ years of experience working in client's home is essential
Experience providing senior care or caring for individuals with disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies for managing cognitive impairments is advantageous
Familiarity with medication administration procedures is a plus
Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient approach
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining hygiene standards

Pay: $23.00 per hour
