Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Micros POS system.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register with accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a protected dining experience.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.




Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $16.80-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
