We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Handbag Designer / Product Developer to support the development of handbags from concept through sampling. Working closely with the Design Director and overseas suppliers, you will be responsible for CADs, technical packs, material selection, and sample development.

Responsibilities
Create CADs and technical packs (TPs) and communicate specifications to overseas suppliers.
Work closely with the Design Director and suppliers throughout product development.
Support color, material, shape, hardware, and design selections.
Review and provide corrections on mock-ups, development samples, and hardware.
Request and review development swatches.
Ensure products meet design, quality, and cost requirements.




Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in handbag/accessories design or product development.
Robust creative and technical skills with the ability to create detailed CADs.
Knowledge of materials, hardware, and handbag construction.
Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines.
