Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist with site setup, including clearing and preparing construction areas for work
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders safely and efficiently
Perform paving tasks to ensure smooth and durable surfaces for roads, driveways, or walkways
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately
Handle materials and tools with care, ensuring proper storage and organization on-site
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines




Support team members with various construction duties as needed to meet project deadlines

Skills
Proven experience in construction work or related fields demonstrating familiarity with job site procedures
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively with proper certification if applicable
Strong knowledge of paving techniques and materials used in construction projects
Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor throughout the workday
Valuable communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards on-site
