Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee the operations of our pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to patient care, and a thorough understanding of pharmacy practices in both acute care and hospital settings.

Responsibilities
Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Supervise pharmacy staff, providing training and support to enhance their professional development.
Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and safety in dispensing medications.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care through effective medication management.
Maintain accurate records of medications, prescriptions, and patient profiles.
Implement quality assurance programs to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
Stay updated on current medications, therapies, and advancements in pharmacy practice.




Provide consultation on pediatric medication needs and acute care protocols.

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care.
Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable.
Proficiency in managing pharmacy operations within a hospital or acute care setting.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to administer medications safely and educate patients on their use.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
