Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining workplace. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.
Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.




Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively.
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering is advantageous.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is desirable.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues.
