Key Responsibilities
Guest Reception & Seating: Warmly greet arriving guests, manage waiting lists efficiently, estimate wait times, and seat parties accurately.
Service Support: Communicate seating arrangements to waitstaff, assist with food and beverage delivery when needed, and help transparent and reset tables to maintain floor flow.
Guest Relations: Answer questions regarding menu items, casino amenities, and venue offerings while professionally resolving guest inquiries or concerns.
Venue Readiness: Keep the host station, dining areas, and service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
Team Collaboration:



Work closely with kitchen, floor staff, and management to ensure a smooth dining operation.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in hosting, serving, or customer service within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Skills: Robust communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle peak service hours smoothly.
Certifications: Valid AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a standard criminal record check.
Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent experience), strong punctuality, and a professional presentation.
