YWCA Toronto Employment Centre on behalf of our employment partner is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, people-focused HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain accurate, confidential records in HRIS and ATS systems.
Support employee relations and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and change notices.
Support Ontario employment legislation compliance and HR training.
Assist with HR reporting, employee engagement,



and organizational improvements.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum three years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and employee relations practices.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information.
CHRP or CHRL designation, completed or in progress, is an asset.
