Duties
Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations across gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance categories
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to boost sales and enhance store aesthetics
Assist customers with product inquiries in multiple languages to ensure clear communication and inclusive service
Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks




Process online orders via e-commerce platforms and coordinate in-store pickup or delivery arrangements
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; strong familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable
Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus
Robust organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and customer flow efficiently
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Passion for gardening or landscaping with a keen interest in helping customers find the right products and solutions
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
