Available Monday 12pm–5pm, Saturday 12pm–5pm, plus occasional weekday shifts when needed

Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read and write English




Ability to perform straightforward math
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Engage customers with friendly, solution-focused service
Actively listen to concerns and provide helpful support
Demonstrate proper use of power tools and outdoor equipment
Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Represent Home Hardware with professionalism and reliability

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
