The JCC is seeking a part time Bridge Director to oversee its growing program beginning November 3, 2026. This role requires strong knowledge of Bridge and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for players of all skill levels. You’ll work independently to coordinate logistics and ensure an enjoyable experience for both beginners and seasoned players.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate Bridge programming on specified days
Direct games, ensuring a welcoming workplace
Teach and facilitate sessions for all skill levels




Foster relationships to enhance community participation
Collaborate with staff on program logistics and registrations

Requirements:
Robust knowledge of Bridge and experience in directing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills for managing program logistics
Experience with older adults in community settings
ACBL Director certification is an asset
