Duties
Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately
Handle cash transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
Experience in technical sales is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Ability to effectively sell and promote products
Strong communication skills in English
Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
Ability to upsell products to customers
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills
