About CellKonnect

CellKonnect is a growing wireless retail store in Caledon, specializing in Rogers and Fido mobile plans, smartphones, device activations, accessories, and customer service.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Rogers and Fido mobile plans, smartphones, and wireless services.
Assist customers with recent activations, upgrades, and number transfers.
Recommend suitable mobile plans and devices based on customer needs.
Explain promotions, financing options, and service features.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Upsell accessories and additional wireless services.
Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions.
Keep the store organized and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
Previous Rogers or Fido sales experience is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
Retail sales, wireless, telecom, or customer service experience is preferred.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in approaching customers and closing sales.
Willingness to learn wireless plans, products, and activation systems.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
