Duties

Assist veterinary staff with basic animal handling, restraint, and preparation for examinations or procedures
Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and ensure confidentiality
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space




Communicate effectively with pet owners about care instructions, follow-up appointments, and billing details

Experience
Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary clinic or related environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and team members
