We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling and Lathe Operator/Programmer to set up, operate, and program CNC machines. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently from engineering drawings and produce precision parts within required tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as required.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T;.
Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.
Machine parts according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.




Monitor machines during production and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain machines and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements
3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with CNC milling and CNC lathe machines.
CNC programming, setup, and operating experience required.
Solid blueprint-reading and precision measurement skills.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls is an asset.
Ability to work with tight tolerances.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting.
CSA-approved safety boots required.
