Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tearista to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced setting. If you have a passion for tea and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea and specialty drinks
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Operate tea-espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and prepare beverages
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
