In this pivotal role, you will act as an ambassador at Dave & Buster’s, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while navigating through dining, games, and retail experiences. The Captain is responsible for maintaining safety and security while addressing guest requests and questions. Your upbeat attitude will create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Guests warmly and enthusiastically
• Act as safety point of contact in various areas
• Manage guest inquiries and assist with game rentals
• Maintain cleanliness of the Viewpoint and Midway
• Assist with special event setups and break downs
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work flexible schedule
