Duties
Perform precise meat cutting, trimming, and portioning according to specifications and customer requests
Prepare meat products for sale by packaging, labeling, and ensuring proper presentation
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene protocols throughout all food handling processes
Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about cuts of meat, and provide excellent customer service
Ensure all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operated safely at all times
Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking quality, and organizing stock efficiently




Follow all food preparation procedures to uphold quality control and safety regulations

Experience
Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of butchery techniques, meat cutting, and food handling practices is highly desirable
Familiarity with food safety standards and packaging procedures is a plus
Robust attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active role
