Indian Restaurant – Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our restaurant team.

The main responsibility of this position is providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, taking orders, and handing completed orders to customers.

Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take customer orders accurately
Greet customers and provide friendly service
Hand out takeout and pickup orders
Confirm orders before giving them to customers
Process payments and operate the POS system
Answer basic questions about the menu
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized
Assist with other general restaurant duties when needed

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Clear and professional communication
Friendly and welcoming personality
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Reliable and punctual
Able to stay organized in a fast-paced workplace
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
