Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Restaurant Team Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry. Previous restaurant experience is not required — training will be provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position includes both customer service and basic kitchen duties.

Duties
Serve customers in a friendly and productive manner.
Take and prepare customer orders.
Prepare and assemble menu items according to restaurant standards.
Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping, portioning, mixing, and plating.
Assist with cooking and reheating food as required.
Follow food safety and proper food-handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and work stations.
Restock supplies and keep work areas organized.
Work with other team members during busy periods.




Perform other general restaurant duties as needed.

Qualifications
Be able to safety lift and carry items weight up to 50lb.
No previous restaurant experience required; training will be provided.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers.
Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene is an asset.
Able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.

This is a part time position with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both customer service and food preparation.

Pay: From $17.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
