Cameron Contracting Ltd. is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused skilled to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in ensuring inquiries, leads, and project information are handled accurately and professionally.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, estimating, and project teams while helping maintain accurate customer records and ensuring a positive customer experience from the first phone call through project completion.

Responsibilities

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Welcome and assist walk-in customers
Receive and process incoming customer inquiries and leads
Enter and maintain customer information within HubSpot CRM
Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities
Create and maintain organized digital customer files
Support sales, estimating, and project administration activities
Route customer requests to the appropriate team member
Monitor and respond to general office communications
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administration

Qualifications





· Solid customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Computer proficiency and confidence learning current software
Experience with CRM software; HubSpot experience is an asset
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or office coordination preferred
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
