Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist in food handling processes, including portioning, plating, and garnishing dishes
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations




Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supplies needed

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with serving standards and customer service principles in a restaurant setting
Understanding of proper food handling procedures and safety practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
