Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure smooth workflow
Assemble products according to specified standards and procedures
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately




Assist with packaging finished goods for shipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting with attention to detail
Strong focus on safety procedures and quality standards
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic math skills for measurements and counting
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
