Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Lead, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost control
Drive sales growth and meet performance targets
Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons standards, as well as health and safety regulations
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance

Qualifications
2+ years of management experience in quick service or hospitality




Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Adaptable availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
