We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder/Fitter/Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years of welding and fabrication experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must be a CWB Welding Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), fitting, fabrication, blueprint reading, and team supervision. The successful candidate will lead welding and fabrication activities while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are maintained.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate welding and fitting activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) fitting, fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
Inspect welds, fit-up, dimensions, and completed work to ensure quality and specifications are met.
Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, plasma cutters, press brakes, and machining equipment.
Operate and oversee the safe use of cranes, forklifts, hoists, and rigging equipment.




Perform measurements and basic calculations to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Coordinate fabrication and assembly activities to meet production schedules.
Train, mentor, and support welders and fitters as required.
Ensure compliance with CWB requirements, welding procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace.

Experience
Minimum 15 years of welding, fitting, and fabrication experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
Extensive experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
Robust mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding drawings.
Previous experience supervising or leading welding/fabrication teams.
Solid measurement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
